Attorney Jeffrey Swierski, Phoenix Criminal Defense

Jeffrey Swierski began his legal career as a Defense Attorney with the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office where he handled hundreds of major felony cases. Mr. Swierski obtained invaluable training and experience while working in the Public Defender’s Office, handling a wide array of cases and charges.

Mr. Swierski also worked for a private law firm as a criminal defense attorney, greatly helping him learn the “ins-and-outs” of private practice and increasing his court experience. Jeffrey opened Swierski Law Office to continue his focus on defending those accused of criminal offenses through his business philosophy; treat clients with a respectful, professional approach.

Mr. Swierski has dedicated his legal career to the aggressive defense of the criminally accused. He has provided effective representation for individuals accused of offenses ranging from minor criminal traffic violations to major felony offenses.

Mr. Swierski is currently licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Arizona.

Mr. Swierski earned his Juris Doctorate from the University Of Miami School Of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice with a minor in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, from Arizona State University.

Prior to attending college, Mr. Swierski proudly served in the United States Navy where he received Recognition for Distinguished Military Service. Mr. Swierski was Honorably Discharged from the U.S. Navy after completing his military service.

A native North-Easterner, Jeffrey A. Swierski was born in Buffalo, New York and grew up in the area before moving to Central Pennsylvania.
